Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing our soy candles. This website is owned and operated by Dream Soy Candles, located in Denver Colorado USA. We hand craft and sell natural soy candles. By placing an order with Dream Soy Candles, you acknowledge to have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these conditions, please contact us before placing your order with us.
Registration and Login
You do not need to login or register in order to make purchases and browse at DreamSoy.com, however certain promotions are only available to account customers. Account customers can use the login control to login as a returning customer or to register at the site for the first time. Login details are stored securely on the DreamSoy.com servers and remain confidential. We will not sell your data to third parties or share your data with other companies - EVER.
You warrant that all information supplied by you in using this website is true and accurate and that you have the legal authority to purchase goods or services using this website. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you authorize us to use, store or otherwise process any personal information which relate to and identifies you to the extent reasonably necessary to provide the services which are available through our website.
Prices and Currency
All prices are given in U.S. Dollars, however Euro and GB Pounds are available to you by selection. All prices will convert once one of these is selected. Colorado customers are obligated to a 2.9% state sales tax. The price of any product is the price in force at the date and time of your order. Prices are subject to change at any time and without warning.
We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover, in credit or debit cards. There are no additional fees added to orders selecting this payment method. We also offer a PayPal for the convenience of those who prefer this method (you do not have to have a PayPal account in order to use their service). There are no additional fees added to orders selecting this payment method. Earned Reward Points may be used towards any purchase, however Reward Points are not redeemable with on-sale items, monthly clubs, personalized favors or sample packs.
Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. All contracts are concluded in English. Once your order is placed, a confirmation of your order and the amount billed will be sent to the email address you provided during your checkout. This document will contain your unique order number and details of the items you have purchased. Please keep this documentation somewhere safe in the unlikely event a problem arises.
We currently ship using USPS, FedEx Smart Post (for weights over 1.0 lb) and UPS Ground within the United States and UPS Standard for orders placed outside the U.S. During the holiday season we also have UPS 3-Day Select and UPS Next Day Air available. If you need an expedited service at another time of the year, please contact us and we can make it available.
You can estimate shipping costs at any time by going into View Cart and selecting the Estimate Shipping option. When you enter your location information, the shipping rates will be calculated in real-time by the shipping providers. This means our shipping prices are "actual". What you pay to us is what we pay to our shipper.
Colorado customers have a Will Call option free of charge.
Orders placed during big sales events and during the holidays can take a little longer to process than usual, as we tend to get extremely busy during these times. Also all candles are made to order and in the order received. They also need to sit for at least 24 hours after pouring for proper curing, before we can proceed with packaging and shipping. The monthly clubs will ship out within the first two weeks of the month.
Please note that for international orders, Dream Soy Candles has no control over, or liability for, any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country and for which you will be liable.
All items in the store are inventoried automatically and out of stock items are not displayed, however, in the unlikely event that an error occurred and the item you ordered is not available, we will do our best to accommodate you with a comparable item of your choice, or you will be able to cancel your order.
We will replace any defective or inaccurately shipped products. A product will be considered defective if all burning instructions are followed and the product still does not burn properly. Please see the label on the bottom of your product and our Candle Care and Safety tips for proper burning and candle care instructions. It is the customer's responsibility to read the provided information and follow the proper instructions, for their safety and for the best result from the products.
In the unlikely event that there is a problem with the products that you have purchased, you may return them to us within ten (10) days after you have received them. Please provide an explanation for the return with your package (or you can contact us with an explanation). We would appreciate your letting us know of your return so that we may begin the process on our end of researching a potential cause for the problem and can thus be ready to issue your refund or exchange when your return arrives.
Once a return is received, we will offer you a refund in the form of your original payment, or an exchange for something of equal value if preferred, provided we conclude that the products are in fact defective or were shipped incorrectly.
Dream Soy Candles will not accept returns for summer heat damage as it is something we are unable to control. We are very conscientious of where we are shipping to and on what dates to ensure the least amount of time in transit possible. Please make sure you are available for delivery of your package or have the package delivered to an air conditioned location. We will also not accept returns on candles with discolorations and/or frosting as these are natural results from the all-natural soy wax and can be caused by a number of factors including, but not limited to, specific scent used, weather changes, room temperature changes, etc.
Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for international shipments. It is the customers responsibility to retain copies of all tracking information and to ensure that the returned goods arrive within the above stated time frame. Please note that Dream Soy Candles does not accept liability for returned goods.
When returning items, you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting or the relevant couriers airway bills and documentation. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit and you are advised to arrange your own insurance. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage / transport where the item returned is faulty.
We will only accept returns provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be credited to you.

Cancellation and Returns (UK Only)
Under the distance selling regulations (United Kingdom) you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 working days of receipt of the goods. If you want to cancel your order, you need to notify us in writing by e-mail within those 14 days. Once you have notified us, any sum debited from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. This applies to all of our products.
We use a SECURE SOCKET LAYER (SSL) protocol to protect your information against any leakage or misuse. The use of SSL encryption scrambles data sent from the browser to the DreamSoy shop server in such a way that only the processors that handle payments can read it. If SSL is enabled then you will see a padlock at the bottom and/or in the address bar of your browser and you can click on this to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration. The Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) is the standard for secure data transmission over the Internet. We take all reasonable care to make our website as secure as possible. We will take all reasonable care to keep the details of your order and payment secure and in the absence of negligence on our part. We cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the site. Furthermore, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account username.
Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under the preceding clause and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question if returned within ten days of receipt. You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. The importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.

All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to Dream Soy Candles, Colorado, USA. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of Dream Soy Candles. You may not modify, distribute or re-post anything on this website for any purpose.
Accuracy of Content
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publication. However, while the color reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in color caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. Orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.
This website, these terms and conditions and any contract entered into as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with US and Colorado Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.
