This privacy statement discloses what information we gather about you when you visit the Dream Soy.com Site and describes how we use that information. Our policy is to keep the personal information we receive from our Site completely confidential and used solely for internal purposes. For wholesale customers we collect information about your business, such as your tax id#, company name and site url. In addition, we ask for your birth date for the sole purpose of sending a soy candle gift product on your special day. We may collect certain information about your visit, such as type of browser you use; the date and time you access the Site; the pages that you access while at the Site and the Internet address of the Web site from which you linked directly to our Site. This information is used to help improve the Site and administer the Site.

The personal information collected on this Site will be used to provide the services you have requested. Returns

We will happily replace any defective or inaccurately ordered or shipped products. A product will be considered defective if all burning instructions are followed and the product does not burn properly. See label and Candle Care and Safety for burning instructions. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that candles are burned all the way across each time they are used which can take one hour per inch of the candle's diameter.

Dream Soy™ will not accept returns for summer heat damage as it is something we are unable to control. Please make sure you are available for delivery of your package or have the package delivered to an air conditioned location.

Permission for merchandise returns must be obtained by contacting us within ten (10) days from the date of purchase. We will then issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) which must be clearly visible on the outside of your return package. Packagkes without the RA# clearly visible will not be accepted.

Any returns will be handled quickly and without question. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Once a return is authorized by us you should:

Return the item to the address given to you by us. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach us.

We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or other errors outside of our control. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.

Dream Soy™ uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption for all forms that include private information. This SSL encryption is currently the highest level of security used over the internet which means your private information remains private. We have this enabled on all pages that request your personal information, from account registration to order processing. We also use it on our administration side to ensure continuance of data safety.
