Payment Methods Accepted

Credit & Debit Cards

We accept all major credit cards (American Express, Discover, Mastercard & Visa); and any debit card with the star logo on the back. There are no additional fees added to orders selecting this payment method.

PayPal

We also offer easy PayPal payments for those who prefer this method of payment. Here is the PayPal Security & Privacy Statement. For additional information, you can visit PayPal.com. There are no additional fees added to orders selecting this payment method.

Money Orders

We accept money orders for payment, in US funds only. To use this payment method, simply select the "Money Order" option during checkout and mail your money order to: Dream Soy, 9619E W. Chatfield Ave., Littleton, CO 80128 and reference your order number. Please note that orders will not be processed until payment is received.

Shipping

We currently ship using USPS or UPS Ground, 3-Day Select and Next Day Air, and UPS International for orders outside of the United States. Colorado customers have a Will Call option free of charge. You can estimate shipping costs at any time by going into View Cart and selecting the Estimate Shipping option. Your order will recalculate once you make your shipping selection.

During the warmer months of summer, we will only ship out on Mondays and Tuesdays. This is to avoid possible melting of products during the weekends when UPS is not in transit and packages are sitting in their terminals or trucks. This is because soy wax is naturally much softer than paraffin and is more susceptible to heat. Orders shipping to Colorado locations will ship out Monday through Thursday. If you live in a generally cooler climate, please let us know in the comment section of the checkout process and we will ship accordingly.

For Candle of the Month orders, one month will be shipped free, and a surcharge will be added for shipping the remaining 11 months.

Orders placed during big sales events and during the holidays can take a little longer to process than usual, as we tend to get extremely busy during these times. Also all candles are made to order and in the order received. They also need to site for at least 24 hours after pouring for proper curing, before we can proceed with packaging and shipping.

Please note that for international orders, Dream Soy™ has no control over, or liability for, any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country and for which you will be liable.

Greg, co-owner of Dream Soy, is our premier packager and he takes great pride in in the care and quality he puts into each package that goes out, ensuring your package arrives safe and secure. Many of our customers have written back to say how much they enjoyed opening their packages.

Security

Dream Soy™ uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption for all forms that include private information. This SSL encryption is currently the highest level of security used over the internet which means your private information remains private. We have this enabled on all pages that request your personal information, from account registration to order processing. We also use it on our administration side to ensure continuance of data safety.

You can tell when an online page is secure because the standard "http" in the address bar will be replaced with "https", and in addition, there will be an image of a padlock in the lower right corner of your browser or next to the address bar. If you click on this, a pop up will appear showing information on the site's Certificate.
