Payment Methods Accepted

Credit & Debit Cards

We accept all major credit cards (American Express, Discover, Mastercard & Visa); and any debit card with the star logo on the back. There is a $.20 and 2.21% charge added to orders selecting this payment method.

PayPal

We also offer easy PayPal payments for those who prefer this method of payment. Here is the PayPal Security & Privacy Statement. For additional information, you can visit PayPal.com. There is a $.30 and 2.90% charge added to orders selecting this payment method

Money Orders

We accept money orders for payment, in US funds only. To use this payment method, simply select the "Money Order" option during checkout and mail your money order to: Dream Soy, 9619E W. Chatfield Ave., Littleton, CO 80128 and reference your order number. Please note that orders will not be processed until payment is received.

Shipping

Because all products are made to order, your candle(s) will be crafted by us once your order and payment have been received, and then allowed to cure for at least 24 hours. The timeframe for making your candle(s) depends on our workload at the time of your order, but we try to process each order in a timely manner. During the busy fall and holiday seasons, your order may take a little longer to process. Exceptionally large wholesale orders may also take a little longer to process. Any orders for specific dates (i.e. tealights for a party or wedding, etc.), should include required dates in the comments section of the order.

We currently offer USPS and UPS Ground, 3-Day Select and Next Day Air shipping and Will Call for Colorado customers. Our shipping charges are actual cost and are calculated by UPS & USPS. You can estimate shipping costs at any time by going into View Cart and selecting the Estimate Shipping option. Your order will recalculate once you make your shipping selection. Please note that USPS may take longer to deliver and Dream Soy is not repsonsible for any damage that may occur during delivery, including heat damage.

If you enter Colorado as your location, a Will Call option will be available, where you can pick your orders up at our home. This is free of charge. After you place your order, you will be notified of a date and time that your order will be ready for pick up and an address will be provided (it's also on our contact page and your invoice copy).

During the months of May through September, we will only ship out on Mondays and Tuesdays. This is to avoid possible melting of products during the weekends when UPS is not in transit and packages are sitting in their terminals or trucks. Orders shipping to Colorado locations will ship out Monday through thursday. If you live in a generally cooler climate and would like us to ship out on Wednesday or Thursday, please let us know in the comment section of the checkout process.

Shipping is free on orders over $100.00. For Candle of the Month orders, one month will be shipped free, and a surcharge will be added for shipping the remaining 11 months.

Please note that for international orders, Dream Soy™ has no control over, or liability for, any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country and for which you will be liable.

Security

Dream Soy™ uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption for all forms that include private information. This SSL encryption is currently the highest level of security used over the internet which means your private information remains private. We have this enabled on all pages that request your personal information, from account registration to order processing. We also use it on our administration side to ensure continuance of data safety.

You can tell when an online page is secure because the standard "http" in the address bar will be replaced with "https", and in addition, there will be an image of a padlock in the lower right corner of your browser or next to the address bar. If you click on this, a pop up will appear showing information on the site's Certificate.
